•Some of these initiatives includes employment opportunities for qualified apprentices from recognized institutions such as National Energy Skills Center (NESC) and Metal Industries Company ltd. (MIC).

•VMCOTT collaborates with NGOs and community organisationsto provide youths in the surrounding communities with a 3-6 month internship. Each intern is trained in a particular area, (eg. Heavy/Light Equipment Technicians) as well as in other areas of the organisatione.g. administration/purchasing/stores etc
